The price includes the following components: 3D design fees, mold fabrication fees, the cost of one custom head or one custom full body sex doll(based on your custom option), and sea freight shipping charges. Please note that if the finished doll is unusually large or heavy and cannot be transported via standard sea or rail shipping methods, or if the delivery address is located in a remote area, an additional shipping surcharge may apply to cover the increased logistics costs.
2. For all custom orders, once production has started, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted.
3. After 3D modeling is confirmed, any changes requested by the customer will incur a $200 remodeling fee.
4. We will send the factory pictures of the customer's custom sex doll before shipping. If the customer does not respond after three attempts at confirmation, we will take it as the customer's implied consent and proceed with shipping.
5. Customers who place orders for 1:1 custom realistic dolls must confirm that all reference images submitted have been lawfully authorized by the individual depicted. The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring the legality of all provided materials. Any claims, disputes, legal liabilities, or losses arising from the use of unauthorized, infringing, or improperly obtained images shall be solely the responsibility of the customer.
